Emilda 1.2.3

I hear there will be a coming 1.2.3 release of Emilda.

In case you find anything useful, I'm providing the patches we use here
with 1.2.2. 00list indicates the order in which these patches may be
applied (although a few of them may apply successfully in any order).

Also attached are 3 configuration files indicated by some of the
patches.
